Same day repair
If a bike has been booked in for a service in advance and brought in before 12:00pm we can usually have it serviced and ready to ride away the same day.
Types of bikes:
• Non-electric: We will service any bicycle regardless of age, make, model and where it was bought.
• Electric: For safety reasons we will only service electric bike brands we sell or ones fitted with Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Brose, Promovec or Bafang motors.
First Check
During the first few weeks of riding parts of a new bike tend to work their way loose and come out of alignment. This can lead to the bike lacking in performing and cause excess wear if not corrected. For this reason we offer a first checkover free of charge on all new bikes sold from Southfork.
This involves re-aligning the brakes and gears and going through all the bolts tensioning them back to the correct torque settings. This service should be carried out between 3-6 weeks of purchasing the bike (depending on use).
